I've been using 1st time fix for years, you can't fault them. I've got a temperamental old boiler that's a nightmare but they always know exactly what the fault is and manage to get the annoying old thing to fire up and do what it's meant to do.
They're clean and tidy and even offer to take their shoes of before they walk on my carpet. Lovely lads.

I recently ordered panelling/skirting for a number of rooms in my house… wow. It reached all expectations and more. The quality of the stuff is brilliant and is finished immaculately. It looks better than I could’ve imagined. Plus, it always helps when the customer service is top notch. Those who work there were such a great help and so friendly. I would absolutely 100% recommend this business to anyone looking to add character to their home with panelling or skirting etc.👏🏼 thanks for everything guys! X

First time customer as I thought I had a slow puncture anf was driving past the location. I we met by a very professional lady at the reception who informed me that the mechanic would diagnose the issue. Shortly later I was called through to the car bay area and another very professional mechanic told me that the alloy of my wheel was cracked and the tyre was totally fine. Very happy with the outcome as ended up paying less than I expected. I would highly recommend this place and they have gained a repeat customer.
FURTHER UPDATE 3 JULY 2024:
Returned to garage today as pressure was dropping on my tyre. Shop front customer service is critical to the success of any business and Ashleigh really went the extra mile. I was shown what the issue was, taken through to the garage area and my options were clearly explained and to top it all I wasn't charged anything extra. All of the staff here I have found to be very professional and hard working, definitely deserve a bonus. Well done and repeat customer right here! Highly recommended 👌🏼
