I called Drain Doctor to sort out a blocked toilet, they phoned me when they were on their way, were polite and friendly, and very thorough. Using pressure washer , dye and after cleaning out the manhole used a camera to make sure all the pipes were free and clean. Would highly recommend this company.

The lads on site were very efficient explained the whole process , and even when the weather changed dramatically and had to leave site early and had to explaine that this would extend the time of the completion to the Tuesday of the following week.

For the attention of Richard, we had a tuff start yesterday morning with some issues, Richard worked extremely hard, then later that morning hit another snag that they couldn't get to remove some of the bolts.
We looked at options to put an alternative stop tap in the loft, which wasn't practical, but another solution was that I got my handy man to remove some bricks in the wall in the hallway for better access. The job was completed and very satisfied. Thank you again.

We had a sewage blockage in our garden that had overflowed and made an huge mess. Although it was a Sunday, Ben came out to fix it, at the time we were told he would arrive. He was brilliant, he explained what needed to be done and why and got the job done in less than an hour. We would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone who has sewage problems. He also went above and beyond and even and cleaned up the area where the damage was caused. He was very polite and pleasant and we would definitely recommend his services.

The work was carried out in a satisfactory manner. and the blockage was cleared. However I thought the price of £261.60 was really quite exorbitant as the operative was only on site for about 20 minutes, and the company advertises that their prices are fair and reasonable. Also the operative said that the company would send the report and the pictures by e-mail and I am still waiting. They were quick enough to ask for a review.

We received a fantastic service from Mark. He was incredibly professional and thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Our toilet was well and truly blocked and Mark never gave up. An hour and a half later, it was all fixed and flushing well. Prices were reasonable. Definitely a company we will use again if necessary.

1st time I have had a severe blockage in the main soil pipe. The call taker was very understanding, clear about pricing and arranged an urgent visit from their Engineer on Sunday Morning.
Ben, the engineer was totally professional, polite and caring. He explained what was happening and showed the cause of the blockage on his CCTV and went above and beyond to clear a blockage that was not easy to get to subsequently reinstating 2 toilets, 2 sinks and a bath. Drain Dr, thank you all so much for your professionism.
