Jo provided a first class service when dealing our daughters wedding dress alterations purchased through TDR Bridal.
She completely adjusted the style of the provided bow on the reverse of the dress and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

I checked their Trustpilot reviews before ordering and was a little worried due to mixed reviews, but they had the profile and rebate length I needed. The order arrived on time and the pre arrival communications were excellent. Unfortunately due to being express shipped and primed one board had slightly stuck to another and with a minor crack at the end where the rebate was the board split along 2m as we lifted the boards to take into the house. I dropped a note via email that evening to ask to talk with them. I received a call at 8.30am the following day, explained the issues and they had a replacement being manufactured before I'd got off the call. Jorgie could not have been more responsive and helpful. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone.
