The business is professional through from advertising to completion of the job. A full assessment of the work required was undertaken and a detailed written quotation was given. The small team were polite and hard working and were considerate of our home. At the completion of the work, all rubbish was removed and the property left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend the services of T.Smith Roofing & Renovations. Called them out to look at a leaking roof and Tom came out to assess the work and give a price. He arranged for his team to come and do the work which they carried out with care and pride in their work. They arrived on time, worked hard and did a fantastic job with all rubbish removed and taken away. Photographs were taken of work done and Tom checked up that everything had been sorted to our satisfaction. So grateful to get such prompt attention to the leak in a week of such wet weather!
