The engineer, Andy, was quick to identify the problem and find a solution. His communication at every stage of the work was excellent. In addition, he was sensitive to not standing on a new carpet in his work shoes!

Using the CCTV camera he was able to identify the issue and allow us to take photos along with a detailed report to send back to the building owners. Fantastic service, would certainly use again. He persevered with the problem as he was concerned he wouldn’t be able to clear the block but after several attempts he had success.

Absolutely Fantastic. The engineer couldn't work out why the drain wouldn't unblock. Everything he tried wasn't working but he problem solved and managed to get the drain unblocked. Really impressed with the can-do attitude. Drain is now unblocked and these guys need a pay rise. Very professional all the way.

I've used this company many times before and I'm always happy with the service they provide. Each time, a different engineer but always the same excellent standards! Had a stop tap replaced by Drain Doctor but failed within 12 months (faulty tap from screwfix). Drain Doctor replaced the faulty tap at no extra charge. I would highly recommend!
