Great service! I called Drain Doctor at 9am and Jake arrived at lunchtime the same day. Having a blocked drain is pretty stressful for us non-DIY types but Jake was reassuring, explaining what he was going to do before the job started. He managed to unblock the drain and showed me the work using the camera. I was really impressed with the speed of service and thorough job which was left clean and tidy. Thank you Jake!

Phone call made regarding blocked kitcken outside drain. Richard attended the next day as agreed with the call taker. He Viewed the issue with the drain and and stated how much it would cost. The price was agreed and the drain was clear within 25 minutes and the slight mess from the drain was also cleaned up.
A great service recieved and a hard working operative for the company. Highly recommend should you have blocked drains.

Engineer Ben was great really tried to find the blockage, unfortunately was unable to do so said the problem was else where. So unfortunately I’ve had to call in seven Trent to sort it out, my drain is still overflowing with sewage and I’ve had to pay £178 for a job that couldn’t be done 😔

I called Drain Doctor to sort out a blocked toilet, they phoned me when they were on their way, were polite and friendly, and very thorough. Using pressure washer , dye and after cleaning out the manhole used a camera to make sure all the pipes were free and clean. Would highly recommend this company.
