I can’t recommend this physiotherapist highly enough. I came in with a serious shoulder issue was affecting both my daily life and training, and I was worried about making it worse. From the start, Matt took the time to properly assess the problem and clearly explain what was going on.
What really stood out was the tailored exercise program. Every movement was carefully chosen to support rehabilitation while avoiding further strain or damage. The progression was gradual, sensible, and clearly based on expertise—never rushed, but always moving forward.
Thanks to Matt's guidance, my shoulder is now significantly stronger, more stable, and pain-free. I also feel much more confident in how to look after it going forward.
