Very efficient, friendly team who did an amazing job !! All rubbish removed and paperwork as conservation area dealt with promptly. George kept me up to date every step of the way and I would recommend Beacon Forestry to anyone and would certainly use them again !! Five stars!!

First time I have used them, and would highly recommend them. Spoke with Kami who dealt with everything. Made the sofa bespoke to our requirements and shape. Delivery within the time frame specified and even visited the property to make sure they could get it in. After delivery call to make sure all is well and offer of after sales repairs if any issues. Better quality than what we saw at some of the high street names and for a lot less too.

We were without a sofa having been let down by ScS. We needed a new sofa in a hurry and decided to try the Sofa Factory Outlet.
The choice of styles and fabrics is vast as a result it does take a while to choose. We were served by Kami, who left us to our own devices, but was on hand to give advice when needed.
We were able to choose the exact size we wanted as it was being custom made. Kami took the order and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
We were very happy with the delivery timescale and delivery service that we received.
We have had the sofa for a week now and are very happy with both the quality and comfort.
We also received a follow up call from Kami to check that we were happy with our purchase.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture.

We bought a made to measure sofa from SFO and were really pleased with it - perfect size and colour and the quality is exceptional. I made the biggest mistake of taking the covers off and washing them in the washing machine. When they were dry, I couldn't get them back on the seats as they had shrunk - not alot but enough for them not to fit 🤦
I contacted Kam and she was so good. Embarrassed I took them in and thought there's no way they were going to put them back on and it would mean either a new sofa or a new set of covers which may not completely match with the rest of the sofa.
She was so good and said she would try her best. SFO how they did it I do not know but managed to get the covers back on the seats and back cushions. I was so thankful. SFO was recommended to me by my brother and the service that we have received is brilliant. My sister has purchased her sofa from SFO and it looks amazing!!!
