I recently took my jaguar f type to Fitch Autos at Brownhills staffs for a big service. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and happy to advise me on any issues I may of had I was very happy with the work carried out and the time it was carried out. Also great to have a free courtesy car.

Just to say that I took my 2021 Land Rover defender in there yesterday for an erg valve check
They offered me a courtesy car tye afternoon which I gladyly accepted as I had a doctors appointment later in the day
They emailed ant text me within 2 hours to explain the diognostics they had performed Told me what they recommended which I accepted. Told me that there was a free Land Rover recall to help me with an engine light issue
Girls on reception a credit to the company
Absolutely fantastic experience matching and in fact exceeding by far the Land Rover dealer experience on information prompt response and general courtesy
Will be using them from now on and will recommend to my friends and family
Very professional experience all round and a very fair pricing

After checking prices and reviews at most local garages I settled with Fitch’s based mainly on Reviews.
Personally I rate a garage on the first point of contact or phone call.
Ellie, in this case was pleasant, polite and gave me the time
I wanted to explain my situation, my needs, budget and concerns. She listened to what I wanted from them and offered answers to all my questions, which was reassuring.
The first person customers deal with on the phone, front of house, message or email is a measure of what happens behind the scenes.
I also spoke to Josh on reception and another lady, who’s name
I forget 😔 but both were also pleasant and friendly and a credit to the company..

Fitch Autos, excellent experience with Jaguar 63K service. Great communication, car collected on time with polite respectful staff, work completed on time and car returned cleaned and valeted. Way better servicing experience and £200 cheaper with Finch Autos than JLR main dealer.

I have used this garage a couple of times now and have been really impressed with their service. They first fixed a DPF issue for me, and a few months later carried out an interim service and repaired a faulty injector. On both occasions they provided a courtesy car, which was a huge help.
They are always clear about costs, seeking approval before carrying out any work, which gives real peace of mind. The reception staff are friendly and professional, and the mechanics clearly know their trade.
Overall, a reliable and trustworthy garage that I would happily recommend.

Our Landrover Discovery Sport was running a bit rough, the team at Fitch did a full diagnostic and identified a few things , some more urgent than others. Action was taken and we are really pleased with how our family car is now running. Fitch will be my go to place from now on.
