Deciding to let out your property can be a daunting task and one you may contemplate managing on your own. Before you do, try this company. We reached out to re max who made the process totally hassle free, took total control of the process and got straight to work finding us a Tennant. We were really impressed with how thorough and efficient the vetting process was. They got us more money for our property than we thought we would be able to get and gave us great advice about relevant insurances and standards the property had to be up too.
