Went today as emergency after suffering in pain with an infection. The Dentist I saw was really nice and gentle. He knew how much pain I was in and really helped my anxiety. Would highly recommend.

I only had 5days before the cruise, it had taken me all year to save for, I got an infection and my dental practice was closed. I got Oraco's number and they got me straight in for a check. I was given antibiotics and after swelling started to reduce after 2 days they found the problem and extracted the tooth. All I need now is to finish my antibiotics. But thanks to Oraco i'll be doing that on board ship. I cannot thank you enough

Dentist got me in with a emergency appointment same day, explained everything and answered any concerns, however my bite was off and was told its how it should be, however my repair broke the following day, went back to my original dentist to get repaired and my bite was then restored to normal maybe conflicting information or because im not a regular at this dentist maybe so not all the information was available to the dentist but they did the best with what they had

We found Louis very helpful and easy to deal with and helped us with all of the pitfalls you encounter when dealing with the local authority also very accommodating with all the delays encountered. The workforce were very polite and helpful and would have no hesitation in recommending them if you require a good and competitive job done.

Eleanor + Ellie + Josh are such fantastic people there. I feel like I’m in and out of this place all for the right reasons but bad car choice! If anything they’re are really understanding with payment options, and working out what’s best for me without pushing. Knowing you’re car is in the garage being fixed and not having access to your phone for updates they’re really understanding they will call leave and message and there isn’t any pressure of ringing 5 minutes later they will wait until I’m available which I think is really important for me! Any updates they are more than happy to do it, and all the checks they make are very thorough and I really appreciate them detailing everything I need and what I don’t need or could get fixed later on (which most places as a woman who knows nothing about cars, and garages who are very you need this this this this) without understanding yes i need it but it’s something that can be fixed another day - which Fitch Autos are aware of. There is no pressure to go ahead with any repairs, and the repairs they do you decide unless it’s something that had to be done to have the car out the garage. Appreciating they are fab and they do have brilliant communication and understanding especially when needing a courtesy car! Thank you again 🙂"
