Absolutely fantastic service from 2 very knowledgeable lads. After being left without heat and hot water for 3 days following a botched ‘service’ of our gas oil boiler by another company, they discovered that the filter hadn’t been cleaned, the carbon deposit hadn’t been removed and that the monoxide readings were double the safe limit. We’d being smelling exhaust like fumes for 3 days after the original ‘service’. So lucky that things didn’t get a whole lot worse…. First Time Fix took the time to explain what was wrong, what should have been done and show us what they’d done. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
