We have ordered a big corner sofa from here after looking for many months. So far everything has been absolutely top class and Kami has looked after us really well when choosing and ordering. There are loads of options to look at and try out in their showroom. You may get biscuits. We were able to ask for a couple more inches of extra depth on the frame and we could have also had it a little higher, although we didn't go for that in the end. The takeaway is that they can customise anything... unlike some other 'bespoke' companies. Kami is the most amazing salesperson... Really friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. Will update this review when we receive the sofa with hopefully a wonderfully happy ending to this experience and will report back as to how amazing it is. Thanks a million Kami xx
6/7/2024. As promised I wanted to update the review. The delivery was perfect and the guys were so professional. Kami was on hand throughout the process and she also organised to re-cover our old footstool to match the rest of the sofa. It looks amazing. Kami has been a legend to deal with. Thank you again Kami.
