First time visiting and have to say its one of the best soft plays we have been to in the Midlands. Very clean, the cleanest, friendly staff, nice baby/toddler with lots to do and even the larger area is accessible for toddlers to navigate round and enjoy.

Absolutely amazing staff. Especially when I called through, & explained a situation regarding a private matter & asked if the community would come together for a family experiencing a difficult time. & peri pizza did that so very grateful. Amazing, infact outstanding manners, & i highly respect that, & thanks so much I really appreciate what you did!!! Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them. Just amazing & so very caring. Me and my boyfriend went to this cinema 3 years before we got the membership just last year. This was one of the best decisions we've made as it saves us so much money and the staff are amazing, they are all so kind and hospitable, the rooms are always clean, as are the toilets.
