I visited Matt for a knee injury that had been plaguing me for over a year that was gradually getting worse with continued strength training and sports.<br>Matt was quick to diagnose the issue as quad tendinopathy and gave me a tailored rehabilitation programme to strengthen the tendon and reduce the pain.<br>Matt was extremely knowledgeable and great at answering any questions and going into detail on the rehabilitation process.<br>META Physio also have a very well equipped gym which is ideal to teach new exercises and assess if they're a right fit for the injury.<br>All in all a great physio, I wish I'd gone to Matt sooner!<br>Highly recommended

I rang meta on behalf of my mother in law (80), who was struggling with pain and mobility. Matt took a genuine interest straight away, and was able to see her very promptly. A full history was taken, assessment carried out, and a pathway discussed for treatment. My mother in law felt very reassured, and in safe hands, due to the time and care taken to understand the situation fully, before simply jumping in with a treatment that 'might help' but could also risk worsening the condition without first identifying any underlying issues, such as bone density and identifying the specific bone causing a nerve entrapment. Everything was explained clearly and she now feels better informed and confident in a potential treatment pathway, with support from Matt in gaining relevant info/requesting needed tests from GP. Thankyou Matt for your genuine care and for being so thorough.

Excellent service. Reception staff are brilliant from first contact with the garage. Service is great and excellent value. The service they provide is better than other main dealer garages I have dealt with and they do work you can trust. I would definitely recommend them and already have to family and friends.
