The showroom is extensive and with Kami’s help we were able to create the exact size and style sofas that we wanted, along with some cushions. Kami was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and kept us updated throughout on the progress and delivery of our sofas. From start to finish, the customer service, particularly from Kami, was fantastic and the quality of the sofas is excellent. Would highly recommend Sofa Factory Outlet!
