Visited Calderfield with 9 golfing friends from St Annes and had a great time! Lodges were fantastic and course in great nick considering the amount of rain the day before we arrived! Special shout out to Tony 'The Cartman' who was brilliant! Nothing was to much trouble! £49 for overnight stay inc breakfast and 36 holes absolute bargain! Will definately be returning!

Well what can I say, well done again Calderfields for hosting a fantastic charity fun day raising money for Birmingham Children's Hospital, there was fun for all the family, bouncy castles, face painting a really yummy BBQ on what was a glorious day. Thank you for a very memorable day 😀

Visited this place for a boys golfing trip over the bank holiday weekend. Cannot recommend the place highly enough. Golf course was in great condition and a real pleasure to play for golfers of all abilities. Course has some great but testing holes. Found all the staff from reception, bar staff to waiting staff to be very polite and helpful, especially Tony the course marshal and drinks man (he's a credit to the club). The cabins we stayed in were very clean, fairly spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom modern and fresh. Breakfast was decent to! For £49 for 36 holes of golf, a nights stay and Breakfast, this place is most certainly a winner and a return trip to do it all again is guaranteed.

Last minute booking and arrive 7.20, receptions was closed, although the shutter was opened and I checked in. I felt rushed and had to ask where my room was (turned out it was a log cabin situated a short walk away). I don't expect 5 star pandering, just a little bit of thought would have done the job.
The cabin bathroom was TREMENDOUS, the cabin itself is in a terrace of cabins so you can hear noise from neighbours. It was ok, nothing more, a bit dark as windows are small, but the mattress was extremely lump and uncomfortable.
Had a pint and a meal and they forgot so had to wait 40 minutes for gammon and chips! Pleased I didn't order something more fancy. Maybe a round of golf would have made me happier

33 people on golf weekend, great cabins just right for time spent there.

We booked the santa experience on Saturday 17th December... I found it to be very
un organised event. Firstly we we really short on space... Food was Ok but only ok. No bread or toast, just fried bread which is ok if you like. I was personally give half a slice of bacon, and one sausage. No one called us in to see Santa we just had to follow people. Santa was very good and authentic could nt complain.. but I found the whole experience not a happy one... I wouldnt advice anyone to pay 9.99 for my breakfast...

Went to a Christmas party in their event room, and the staff were very well trained and friendly. Food was excellent and the cabin I stayed in was very clean, comfortable and the closest one to the party - so not very far to walk! Overall, loved it there.

We booked our Christmas meal with an Elvis tribute. It was the first time for me and wasn't expecting too much for £35.00. Well I couldn't have been more surprised. Food was excellent. Hot and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They also employed plenty of staff so you were all eating together and not waiting. I will certainly go back to this venue. Elvis was Elvis brilliant. The meal was three courses too? excellent value.

A big thankyou to Caulderfields for a fantastic evening. On arrival the tables looked wonderful, beautifully laid out with the crowns of melon decorating the layout. The food was amazing and the atmosphere incredible. Waiting staff were really friendly whilst serving the food in a very professional manor. An all round incredible evening worth every penny.
