Mark was very helpful in helping me to decide on the style of sofa I was looking for. Very friendly service and fair prices. Great quality sofa. Delivery drivers were so friendly and even made sure to take their shoes off before entering my living room! Thought that was very courteous and really appreciated this as I've just had new carpet! Would definitely recommend this company. Love that you can go in there and choose any style sofa and customise it to your own design/fabric.

Would highly recommend Sofa Factory Outlet. We have just purchased our second sofa from here. Mark was fantastic he showed us all the available options and choices making our decision so much easier. Very reliable and professional. We are so happy with our new and previous sofa which is still in amazing condition after 5 years. I cannot rate this place high enough. Have purchased from here before and went back for a custom corner sofa for a new house.
Made to my measurements, and fits perfectly. Mark was fantastic throughout the process, Messaging me/ringing me with updates regularly and when my house was delayed, it was no trouble for the sofa to be stored until I needed it. Prompt delivery and very quick installation.
Will return for more furniture in the near future.

Kris was a brilliant addition to our big annual work event! He arrived promptly and set up with no hassle. His props for the photobooth were great and the entire set up was exactly what we were looking for. Kris went into details such as making the background of our photos match the background on our invites which was a very special touch! He went even further by transferring all of the photos we had taken onto a memory stick which he gave to us at the end of the night. He has a wonderfully bubbly personality which got everyone into great spirits when taking photos. Would 100% recommend Kris to anyone and thank him hugely for making the night a great success!
