This is the best taxi service I have ever encountered. Personal contact from the driver took all the stress out of the journey even though my plane was delayed by an hour. I cannot recommend this taxi company highly enough!

Great service- I changed the pick up time a couple of days before our flight as some of the family members wanted to go shopping at duty free so Excelsior cars picked us up earlier without any problems. Kam met us at the airport within 10 minutes of calling him on our return- lovely clean van that seated 7 of us comfortably with seats to spare and plenty of boot space for our luggage which was handled by Kam. Kam was also aware of road closures and fastest routes. Will definitely use again.

We used Excelsior cars on 19/08/2023 to collect us from the airport and drop off his me. Kamar was our driver. The whole experience was professional and friendly. Lamar was there on time, he helped with our bags and the drive was smooth and stress free. Kamar made great conversation and our journey was a pleasure.

Kamar from Excelsior Cars was superb on our recent pickup from Birmingham Airport. His communication in advance of collection was spot on and really helpful. He was punctual and we had a really smooth journey home! Recommended!

Brilliant service. I had to travel from Coventry to Birmingham after a wedding reception. After some research and very high quotes, I came across Excelsior Cars which is an online booking service specialising in airport runs. The price was very competitive, so I rang the office to confirm it was correct. They explained that they aim to make prices cheaper for customers by planning their journeys wisely.
My driver, Kamar arrived a few minutes before time, was kind, courteous and had a great personality. He made the ride very pleasant. I will definitely use this service again, and will recommend to friends
