We were a group of 6 coming back from a trip abroad and booked excelsior taxis. Our driver shak turned up on time and gave us clear directions on where to meet him. Will be booking them again soon.

This is the best taxi service I have ever encountered. Personal contact from the driver took all the stress out of the journey even though my plane was delayed by an hour. I cannot recommend this taxi company highly enough!

Great service- I changed the pick up time a couple of days before our flight as some of the family members wanted to go shopping at duty free so Excelsior cars picked us up earlier without any problems. Kam met us at the airport within 10 minutes of calling him on our return- lovely clean van that seated 7 of us comfortably with seats to spare and plenty of boot space for our luggage which was handled by Kam. Kam was also aware of road closures and fastest routes. Will definitely use again.
