Can't recommend Gavin enough! We'd had a crazy quote for some guttering work from another company, I was recommended to try Gavin instead, thank goodness I did! Gavin was extremely helpful and reliable. He explained the whole process thoroughly, I also asked him to check our chimneys while he was up there, good job he did as he was able to show us another reason as to why we are getting damp, Gavin took photos to show us - which is a nice touch for you to be able to see the issue for yourself. Nice to know a genuinely honest and helpful person, will be using again shortly to fix our chimney and have regular gutter cleaning/maintenance.

My father passed away unexpectedly, leaving our family in shock and completely unprepared. From the moment we connected with Dean and his team, however, they provided a steadying hand, guiding us through each step with compassion and professionalism. They were not only approachable and empathetic but also exceptionally efficient, offering insightful suggestions and keeping us updated at every stage. Anna Marie, the celebrant, was truly outstanding. She took the time to visit us, asking thoughtful questions and putting together a beautiful, heartfelt service. The eulogy she crafted perfectly captured our dad’s life beautifully, honouring the special man that he was. Every detail was handled with care and precision. The hearse and cars were immaculate, the flower arrangements were fresh, beautifully arranged, and reasonably priced. On the day of the service, Dean directed his team flawlessly, ensuring everything ran smoothly and respectfully. I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone who has lost a loved one. Dean and his team are exceptional people who go above and beyond to make a painful process easier to bear. Their “nothing is too much trouble” attitude, combined with genuine empathy and attention to detail, made us feel supported throughout, allowing us to give our dad the farewell he truly deserved. Our deepest gratitude goes to Dean and his team for making such a difficult time a little more manageable.
