From the moment we walked into the showroom, Mark was incredible — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping us design the perfect bespoke sofa. He guided us through every step, kept us updated on lead times and delivery, and always called when he said he would. He even came out personally to measure up and help us choose colours, which made the whole process feel so personal and professional. True customer service at its finest — we genuinely cannot fault him!
The sofa itself is absolutely gorgeous — exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship and finish are exceptional, with every detail beautifully executed. It’s clear this is a product made with care and pride.
The delivery team was just as impressive — friendly, respectful of our property, and clearly committed to making the final step of the experience just as smooth and positive. They handled everything with care and were a pleasure to welcome into our home.

Big shout out. for kami from sofa factory,you've been great no pressure tea + biscuits on offer with every visit (and they were a few) until I finally made my mind up what I wanted. Delivery was fantastic nothing to much trouble for them.Had a little niggle popped in to see kami was rectified the next day again Customer service was carried out by two great lads, thank you so much.Yes I would definitely recommend you guys at sofa factory. 👍👍All the best kami for your knee op hope all goes well for you. We made the journey up to Wolverhampton from North London and spent a lovely morning looking round the showroom. Kami was incredibly helpful and hospitable - even though we were slow and indecisive! A few months later, we have the sofa of our dreams - the one we could never find on the high street - the one that fits perfectly in our space. And still affordable! Communication was excellent and the delivery guys were just brilliant. Huge thanks to Kami and Mark!!

Great service from Bob and his team. Order bi-folds, Window & Door for the garden room.
I initially contacted Bob via what’s apps to obtain a quote, which was reasonable for my budget. Bob came out measured up and three weeks later fitted by his team. Great experience from start to finish. Would recommend them for any requirements you may have for windows & doors.

Great team, I had my kitchen window replaced, many companies won't want to do a small job, but these guys were happy to do it. We had it measured within a few days and fitted about 10 days later. The guys that arrived were great, on time and cleaned up after. The window looks great, includes the vents as requested. The work includes building regs certificate. Really happy with the work, will use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I had my door and windows fitted by them. From the measurements to install was only two weeks. I had No mess inside/outside of my house as the fitters cleaned the rooms as they done. All old frames and rubbish was removed by them.They are an outstanding company.
