I've been going to this cinema for a few years now and it is absolutely amazing. There are 3 places I adore in Walsall, Black Country Arms Pub, Walsall Arboretum and Light Cinemas.
Great facilities, comfy seats, never had an issue, banging food and drinks, lovely staff. What else do you really need.

Took my Grandchildren to see Wonka. The service for everything was so slow, obviously not enough staff. Waited in a queue for popcorn for what seemed an eternity then had to queue at the bar for 20 mins for a coffee. The toilets were not clean and had not been replenished with toilet paper. I have used The Light on many occasions but yesterdays visit was very disappointing.
