After reading the poor recent review I had to say something as I've been with 387 over 6+ years and I've only ever had positive experiences. My Collie passed 6 years ago and in later of her years she was at the vets frequently.. they were absolutely amazing with her even the day I had to have her pts at 14 years old Emma sat on the floor with us and comforted her giving her treats. My latest dog that has passed in August had heart disease for 2 years and they have been amazing normally seeing Emma or Sam. Very caring and explain everything in detail.. nothing is to much trouble. Now this I why I had to put a review.. my dog that just passed in August I phoned the vets at 5.30pm panicking as he has really ill and collapsed. The receptionist told me to bring him in straight away, baring in mind it's nearly closing time for them so I did. Even though they were closing they let me sit with him a while to say my goodbyes and it was Sharon the nurse that held him and comforted him as I was so upset and panicking and she showed the upmost compassion to me & my furbaby. The day I fetched his ashes back the receptionist seen how upset I was and gave me a hug. I am forever grateful to all the Team so thank you for all you have done over the years for Me and my furbabies š¾ ( obviously Emma's my Favourite.. just don't tell the others as there all amazing š)

Value for money. Staff and management take a genuine interest in providing you with the best service you could get. Friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I totally recommend this business as one of the best I have ever taken my vehicle to. Try them you will not be dissapointed.

Kathryn is such a warm, empathetic and special lady, providing such a valuable and professional service. She went above and beyond to make our gathering just perfect!
We had a Celebration of Life for our parents. Kathryn came to see us at home to discuss all of the details of exactly what we wanted. She immediately made us feel at ease and we happily shared memories and chatted for hours! She took down all of the details of their lives, their wider families, their interests, friends and holidays and composed a beautiful dedication to them. Her wonderful sense of humour shone through, and we all had laughter and tearsā¦..Kathryn included š„°
Everyone commented afterwards at what a beautiful service it was and how very impressed they were. Kathryn made everything so very special and we couldnāt have asked for better. She really is the best of the best!!
