The speed at which everything was dealt with at our end was a refreshing surprise. Initially I felt anxious about starting sessions but as soon as they were underway I was completely reassured. Nordia was patient and attentive and the sessions felt productive. Support was offered in a way that encouraged me to be proactive and intentional about my well being. Overall I am grateful for my experience and would definitely recommend the service to others.

I had been sceptical about therapy for a long long tme but in 2018 I felt i really needed to speak to someone because I was in a very bad place. Nordia was that light in a dark place for me, not only was Nordia patient and understanding. I felt from the very first session that I had made the right decision. Nordia's step by step approach left me equipped and gave me the confidence to face the challenges was going through then which I still apply in my day to day.
