we used to have a wasps nest in the bathroom vent which meant we couldn't leave the bathroom windows open. After a visit from Mark they were gone within 24 hours, Mark guarantees his work meaning any follow up calls are inclusive of the original fee, what's more the original fee was very fair and Marks a great guy.

So lucky to have found this taxi firm. I use Excelsior regularly for airport transfers and thoroughly recommend them. The online booking system is quick and easy, the drivers punctual and always friendly (it was Amo last time, but I’ll say the same for all the guys!). They also take good care of my elderly dad when he is travelling alone, so it’s five stars from me!

Food & drinks: Ive always praised Calderfields Sunday carvery but have to say disappointed today. Firstly, no Malbec wine which is offered on the menu, Chef was not generous with the meat and I felt quite unfriendly.
Cauliflower cheese and Broccoli quite hard in fact undercooked.
The sweets as we informed the waitress were a joke to be honest. The eton mess sundae had one strawberry, 4 tiny bits of meringue , a tiny scoop of ice cream and dollop of cream. It should be layered but this was not. The profiteroles were still frozen in the centre. Very very disappointing today.
I just did not feel it was value for £20 a head plus drinks today.
