First time using Excelsior Cars, after reading previous reviews.
We used them for a return Birmingham airport run.
Im always apprehensive using a new company for the first time, especially as we were travelling with 2 passengers with limited mobility, but there was no need to worry.
Can’t rate Excelsior Cars highly enough.
Both drivers Shak & Kamran were brilliant. They both arrived on time.. kept us well updated & were really friendly & helpful with loading & unloading bags.
Wouldn’t use any other company for an airport run now. Thankyou😊

First class service from both drivers.! Shak arrived 10 minutes early, he was very polite and helpful when taking us to Birmingham airport. Our return flight landed at 3am.! Once landed we received a text straight away from Kamran with instructions of what to do and again he was very polite chatty and helpful.

Have just used Excelsior Cars for a return trip from Kings Norton to Birmingham Airport. Shaq was our driver for both trips. Excellent service, very prompt and managed to fit all our luggage plus 7 passengers in with no problem. Would highly recommend.

Our return flight landed at 3am & Kamran contacted us as soon as we landed as promised. Great communication made for a completely stress free airport drop off & collection two weeks later.
