The Vine Pub in Roebuck Street, West Bromwich used to be the Midland’s best-kept secret – but it seems word is now out!

Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior – this is no ordinary pub.  Once inside this unassuming building on a quiet West Midlands street, you’ll discover Indian food which rates amongst the best in the region.

And thanks to the recently completed refurbishment work, the dining room has now been transformed into a stylish and modern space, which is still comfortable and welcoming, and  features a unique piece of wall art, hand-painted by Birmingham artist Jane Anderson,  capturing  all that’s special about The Vine!

The new-look venue now offers you a superb dining experience, boasting restaurant quality food at pub prices.

The Vine has been run by the Patel family for more than 30 years, and owner Suki is still a mainstay of the kitchen there, with a dedication to producing great food which has earned him an enviable reputation in the catering industry.

As well as being home to the Midlands’ first – and arguably still best – indoor barbeque, offering sizzling and succulent grilled meat, such as The Vine’s famous chicken tikka, which is cooked in front of you,  there’s also has an extensive curry menu, which you’ll find listed on the pub’s trademark blackboards around the walls.

There’s Your Curry, Your Way – which allows you to design your own dish, complete with sides and extras, plus a large range of favourite dishes, such as goat curry, chicken claypot and Rara lamb, and veggie specials, such as channa massala and sag paneer.

If you prefer pub grub, The Vine also has much on offer, from pies to jacket potatoes, sandwiches, and scampi and chips.

There’s also a great selection of real ales, lagers, soft drinks and spirits, plus a newly-introduced wine menu, with a good choice on offer , available by the glass or bottle.

The pub is just around the corner from West Bromwich Albion’s football ground, and it’s welcoming atmosphere makes it a popular spot for sports fans, as well as families, couples, and parties of friends.
