The best thing was the level of information that was provided from the British Red Cross first aid course – enough for me to feel that I could do something positive given an emergency situation, but not so much detail that I felt overwhelmed with information. I am left with a feeling of confidence that I at least know I could make a difference.

I have to be honest and say that I was very apprehensive about attending as I have never done it before, however, I just felt I had to tell you that the whole three days were extremely enjoyable thanks to Brian, as he put us all at ease right from the start. I now feel very confident and proud to know that I am now able to help someone in need of first aid.

I attend courses regularly due to my nature of work but found John’s (the trainer) teaching manner and attitude superior to any other first aid training course I have attended. He has the ability to put things across with ease and is a credit to the British Red cross.

The British Red Cross first aid instructor was excellent. He made it very exciting and fun. I have trained with another supplier for the past ten years but this is by far the best instructor I have encountered.

We truly love to promote the events and hear about their success which in turn does so much for so many locally, nationally & across the world.
