Main purpose of job:
Working as a member of a small team to meet monthly and annual targets for vacancy matching and talent management services. Selling the benefits of apprenticeships and other training services to prospective and existing customers in a predominantly outbound telesales environment.

• Sales and Marketing Manager
• Sales team Supervisor
• Sales Team
• Sector leads
Main tasks of job:
• Generate quality leads from cold calling businesses
• Persuade businesses to use new vacancy matching service
• Administering customer database ensuring records are up to date
• Uncovering the needs of the business ensuring an up to date log of new customers is maintained to facilitate call backs
• To build and develop lasting relationships with internal and external clients
• To provide an excellent customer experience through great service
• Resolving customer issues
• To hit monthly targets
• Any other duties that may arise
