As part of a Trust Inns project, the team at DV8, which was established by MD Lee Birchall in 2006, has been working closely with the city’s conservation officer to expand the existing premises in Christleton in order to increase the total number of covers.
In addition to a new extension, the interior of Ring O’Bells has undergone major remodelling and refurbishment to now include a new and improved kitchen facility, and also new ladies and disabled toilets.
Lee said: “We’re really delighted with how the pub now looks and it has been a great project to work on. Not only have we extended the original building so it can offer so much more, but we’ve also kept the parts of the building that customers love, such as the original features. “The pub really is a shining example of a 21st Century country pub, where new meets old and contemporary meets traditional in a relaxed environment where everyone can enjoy the very best in food & drink.”
