While I think the parking machines in Warwick are a great idea, in that you can now find a space why is it they don't give change??
I don't mind paying 20p even for a few minutes but the other day I parked in Swan Street Warwick and all I had was a pound coin. Nearly as expensive as parking in Warwick Hospital!!
Why is it Warwick car park machines don't give change? Local shopkeepers must get brassed off with people dashing in asking for change.
