Be Warned that The National Express coach pick up/drop off at Puckerings Lane is now Castle Hill (by The Chapel), due to Road Works in Warwick.
I learned the hard way when my father and I were waiting for his coach to arrive at 7.05 am the other day and when the coach hadn't arrived by 7.15 we were getting worried. Bearing in mind he was travelling from Warwick to Clacton on Sea via Victoria Station and needed to arrive in London on time to catch his connection.
We phoned the head office to find out what was happening but that didn't open til 8.00 am. To finally find out that the pickup point has changed and that there is a small notice (somewhere?) telling passengers was small comfort.
He then had to wait to catch a 1.00 pm coach arriving in Clacton at 10.30 pm.
We're told that after the car park has been completed that things will be back to normal. Be sure to check with the coach company and hopefully you won't have the same hassle.
