The pets may hate it but there is something very magical about this time of year.
Halloween is just around the corner (fake blood, liquid latex and scary contact lenses bought for the costume party this weekend!) and as soon as we've recovered from overdosing on chocolate, sugar and red and green food dye, it's Bonfire Night!
Yes Watford, 'Remember, remember, the fifth of November' (although a lot of the local fireworks displays have been arranged for the weekend before so that date is a little flexible...)
Make sure you wrap up warm, turn on the therapeutic plug-in to keep the cat calm and head out into the brisk November to take in the delights of Bonfire Night 2012!
