Chorleywood House Estate's Summer House Exhibition *FREE*
Saturday 11th July, 11:00am until 5:00pm
In conjunction with the Chorleywood Village Fair, Chorleywood House will be open to the public.
Chorleywood Estate grounds are open all year round, entry is free for you to go on (self) guided walks; view the formal gardens and historic parkland and nature reserve. There are public tennis courts, a picnic area and views of the Chilterns.

Open Day at Herts Fire Museum *FREE*
Saturday 11th July, 1:00pm until 4:00pm
Herts Fire Museum, which is based at the new Watford Fire Station, Lower High Street are having an open day. Find out the history of fire-fighting through the ages and view the historic collection of fire service equipment, uniforms, documents (old and new) and a photographic display of fire appliances, fire and incident scenes throughout Hertfordshire.
Entry is free, donations welcome as the museum is voluntarily run by ex-fire service officers.
Tales of our Town *FREE*
Saturday 11th July, shows at 1:00pm and 2:30pm
Tales of our Town is a theatrical journey for all the family, through Watford’s fascinating historical past presented by Herts Inclusive Theatre by the Pond, High Street, Watford.
Come face to face with King Henry VIII and discover the haunting secret that lies behind the walls of the Palace Theatre.

Vintage Affair 2015 at Michael Sobell Hospice *FREE*
Sunday 12th July, 10:00am until 5:00pm
Step back in time to the glam years for an afternoon of vintage fun, jazz bands and performances and a variety of stalls including vintage clothes, bric-a-brac, china and jewellery, classic cars and much more. Adults are £1, children are free. There is free parking.

Oxhey Village Summer Picnic *FREE*
Sunday 12th July, 2:00pm until 5:00pm
Pack up a picnic and pop down to The Green and join Oxhey Village Environment Group for their annual Summer Picnic on The Green with music by Los Bochincheros and The Phoenix Concert Band.
