Watford Borough Council is supporting women only aqua aerobics and general swim sessions at Watford Leisure Centre – Central, from this Friday 20 November.
The general swim session will run every Friday from 5-6pm and costs £3.70. The aqua aerobics starts at 6pm and costs £5.40 per 45 minute session. Both sessions have female lifeguards on duty and female instructors.
