Following the success of the recent 'Business Boot Camps' organised by Business Link, the organisation is extended its innovative training further into programmes for start-up companies with high growth potential within Watford.

The new programme aims to meet the needs of the increasing number of business owners in Watford, who have a high potential for quick development and require a solid foundation from which to grow.

The intensive two-day 'Boot Camp' for new businesses provides a one-stop solution for new businesses, including guidance on strategic planning, market research, sales and marketing techniques and team building.

Launched in April, the new Boot Camp is primarily designed for businesses within the start-up stages or their first year of trading.

Viv Starkiss, Enterprise Awareness Manager for Hertfordshire, explained: “We understand that the prospect of a two-day intensive course could seem overwhelming, or time may simply be too tight, which is why we will be holding free taster sessions in the run-up to Boot Camp."

”The taster sessions are a great way for local entrepreneurs to chat to Business Link representatives about their needs, benefit from structured guidance and advice, and decide on the next steps for their business.”

Further information on the programme and how to join can be found at the Start-Up Boot Camp website.
