We're happy to queue patiently and when we receive poor service we rarely complain. Sure, if someone upsets or annoys us we might have a good moan but we rarely take it any further. Might have been true once but now we have access to social media there's nothing to stop us. We can vent our spleen with impunity. Is that fair? Is it really what we want?
