These volunteer runners from Watford are in training for the London 10k in support of one of our nominated charities Crohn's and Colitis and it actually looks like they are enjoying it! The charity do have a few places left if you would like to join them on the run which takes place on 30th May following the route that will be used in the London Olympics and taking in many of the London landmarks.
They are also URGENTLY looking for support for their IT's A KNOCKOUT day and need to book teams now to enter this amazing fun event that takes place in the summer. They are short of teams, so if you know a group of people - maybe from a local club or business that would like to get together to have great fun and a team building experience in support of this really worthwhile charity, that works so hard for the many sufferers in and around Watford and up and down the country, then do get in touch.
