One of the simplest ways to donate to such a worthy cause this month is by taking part in The Harlequin’s Pink Raffle. By donating £1 at the Customer Information Desk shoppers receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win some fantastic prizes, kindly donated by our stores. Prizes include jewellery from Beaverbrook’s and Swag, delicious chocolates from Hotel Chocolat, pink accessories from fashion retailer French Connection and a chic pink radio and matching kettle from Clas Ohlson.
For aspiring artists why not try your hand at the Paint It Pink competition. Open to all ages, shoppers are invited to help raise money by decorating a canvas, which is available for £5 from the Customer Information desk. Using anything from paints to pens, glitter to sequins, add your personal touch and think creatively. All canvases will be exhibited in The Harlequin’s gallery and the winning entry will win a £50 Harlequin Gift Card. Be sure to return your completed canvases by 25th October to be in with a chance of winning.
October 29th is Wear it Pink Day, wear a pink item and help us raise awareness all day. Why not show your support by purchasing a pair of pink GHD’s from Regis, Toni & Guy and Trade Secrets where £10 goes towards Breast Cancer Charities.
