Queen's Road Summer Market

Saturday 24th August 2013, 10:00am - 4:00pm 

Browse a wide selection of stalls selling everything from hand-made jewellery to handbags, vintage fashion, bric-a-brac and much more at the Queen's Road Summer Market in Watford.  There will be live entertainment and delicious food catering to all tastes at this vibrant marketplace. The Queen's Road Community Action Group are working tirelessly to make this a great summer event so pop along and bring your pennies. 

Then it's time for a spot of tea & culture...

The Little Gallery Tearoom at Watford Museum

Saturday 24th August 2013, 10:30am - 4:30pm 

Every month Watford Museum hosts a pop-up tearoom and gallery, showcasing the work of local artists and crafters, this month the Museum is featuring Sheila de Rosa’s arts and crafts inspired by historic images of Watford.

They also serve a wonderful array of homemade cakes so you can stop for tea after you have perused the gallery.

This should give you enough energy to make it to the Beach Party... 

Beach Party at Croxley Green Community Club

Saturday 24th August 2013, 4:00pm - 8:00pm 

What better way to celebrate what has been a belter of a summer than with a beach party! Croxley Green have got their hands on a temporary beach with surf simulator. They will be Hula-ing to suitable music, BBQ, kid's activities and cocktails (just what you need to round the day off).

Bring your family and friends and have some fun in the sun (hopefully!)
