The Watford Health Campus project received a huge boost this week as Kier Property was selected as the official partner to bring this multi million pound development to fruition.
The developers have come through a rigorous selection process by delivering their vision of a later plan for the project which will meet all of the aims for the Health Campus whilst having the security of a partner with an excellent track record.
The new campus is expected to have a large regeneration effect on the Cardiff Road industrial estate area of Watford. As well as providing new, more efficient hospital services by regenerating a currently derelict site, it is also set to include a range of new housing, incorporating affordable housing, potential for 1,600 jobs, a new neighbourhood centre and open spaces.
Keir Property have been building an emphasis on utilising brownfield sites to become one of the leading developers in the UK.
