Weeks of speculation were put to rest this week after Watford Saracens revealed they will leaving Vicarage Road next year to take up a new residence at Barnet Copthall Stadium (pictured).
The Watford based Rugby club announced the move during a press conference this week, as well as revealing plans to invest around £10 million in the new stadium that will host up to 10,000 a game during the main season.
Saracens Chairman Nigel Wray explained: "We need a home with the potential to ensure Saracens is sustainable. Without a real home, I do not think any major sports clubs will be sustainable."
"Barnet Copthall will provide that home and bring Premiership rugby back into North London, which is really the heartland of the club."
