Wherever possible, people will be able to move into mainstream employment, but the ultimate goal is to integrate people into the community and provide them with a greater sense of purpose and dignity.
It is not only the disabled people that benefit from the services Watford Workshop provides; this high level of training and employment means that Watford Workshop can offer comprehensive, competitively-priced one-off, seasonal and ongoing projects to business and organisations in the local area and beyond.
Watford Workshop may gain income from commercial customers BUT unfortunately, it is not enough to fund all of the essential activities the charity needs to continue supporting local disabled people and ensure the highest level of service to its clients.
