Over 50% of your tummy's appearance is down to your posture muscles being lazy and simply not making any conscious effort to hold them in. Remember to breathe, but try lightly pulling in your tummy so that your naval is pulling towards your spine.
This will activate the important internal muscles called the TVA (transverse abdominal muscles). With practice and education the TVA muscles will act as a natural girdle.
