I had been suffering from really bad back pain for a week. I was certificated sick and was struggling to put my socks on the pain was so bad.. One visit to the Osteopathic Centre worked miracles, with nearly all my back pain gone. Louise is very easy to deal with and I found the treatment first class. I still cannot believe what a difference this made. I don't normally write reviews so you can see how impressed I was with the treatment I received.

The Osteopathic Centre is well located in a quiet part of Welwyn Garden City. Patrick is very knowledgeable, identifying painful problem areas in the body that are verified by scans and medical records. Patrick has gentle, gifted hands that alleviate pain and recommends simple yet effective exercises to strengthen muscles and provide further relief. His friendly and professional manner puts you at ease and the cost is definitely worth the service you receive. With herniated discs in the neck and weakened muscles in the leg, Patrick's treatment and advice has allowed me to resume my life.

Patrick is creative and very observant and solved a long-standing leg problem which no one else was able to, I have now been able to run, injury-free for over a year which has not happened for many, many years, he and Louise have "fixed" other arm and neck niggles for me - I cannot recommend them more highly!

A friendly and caring practice. I have had several back emergencies in the last few years and Patrick has always made time to see me and then work patiently with me until I am fixed again. I have been using the Osteopathic Centre for quite a while now and their service has always been first class. With any injury you always fear the worst but they seem to allay any fears witha clear and understandable diagnosis of what is wrong. The treatment they give along with exercises for you to do to aiid recovery is always spot on. Very friendly and have recommended them to many friends and family.

These days though the number of issues are mounting up and not always to do with running. In all cases though I'm treated with care and respect, even when I'm being told off for not following advice. For four years I struggled to climb stairs as my knee would lock and I had the worst back pain. The QEII was a nightmare and told me there was nothing wrong with my back as I still had knee reflexes!!!! So post a lot of mush mash medical opinions I eventually booked to see Patrick. After a single session I was feeling better and 10 years later I have referred countless folk for him to help. So far he is the only one that made a difference and believe me I have been treated all over the world!

The Osteopathic Centre has been a life changer for me. As I limp towards retirement and the joy of throwing away the shackles tying me to a computer screen for hours, if not, days on end, Patrick has managed to keep me upright and active.
It is difficult to imagine life without his help. Pain and sleep deprivation, not to mention the strain on my relationship at home would all have been major issues for me without Patrick’s skill, patience and expertise.

While out training, I pulled a muscle in my leg. Over a week or so the pain got worse and I had to see someone quickly. Patrick took the time to ask me the right questions, diagnose the problem and he and the team got me back on the road (literally) very quickly. Great service from a great team!

I have been troubled with my back for the past 6 years since a fall at netball. Terry Fowler was recommended to me for deep tissue massage. Terry understands the issues with my back and the treatment to help maintain a pain free back wherever possible. Terry is a runner so he understands the 'niggles' that may come along with the sport. Terry introduced me to Louise North (one of the ostepaths) and Louise has helped so much to ease the pain of my lower back/hips when at times my pain might 'flare up'. The Clinic is in a lovely area and free parking at the site is such a benefit. I cannot recommend Terry and Louise highly enough. Sue Evans, Patient

Patrick is a fantastic osteopath and has helped me and my family with running injuries that other professionals have struggled with. Patrick also provides lots of good advice on treatment and rehabilitation and I now have a much better idea how to keep my body healthy so I can keep running for many more years. Terry is a great sports masseuse who again provides lots of practical advice. Cannot recommend them too highly.

I have been attending 'The Osteopathic Centre' for about 5 years and have always been impressed by the treatment received. On a relatively recent occasion my answer to a general health enquiry resulted in an immediate referral to a doctor and a subsequent 'day and a half' in the Lister Cardiac Department; probably a life saver!
