Resolve is an independent registered charity, based in Welwyn Garden City & Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Resolve is an adult, structured drug & alcohol day service, open 9.00am to 5.00pm daily, Monday to Friday each week.
Our principal aim is the support, treatment and rehabilitation of people who suffer from substance/alcohol misuse problems. Resolve works by assisting people from the misuse of alcohol and drugs into a manageable positive life style, contributing to the communities within which they live.
Resolve delivers a range of services from our Service Centres in The Old Post Office, Woodhall Community Centre, Welwyn Garden City and Queensway House, Hatfield Town Centre.
To access Resolve services, you can refer yourself by contacting us at the Welwyn office on 01707 690739 or the Hatfield Office on 01707 268221 and making an appointment to come in, or simply drop by to our daily Drop-in service and we shall ensure you are supported and seen that day. Referrals are received from a wide range of other services and health professionals.
Resolve supports people with alcohol and/or substance misuses issues and provides a separate support service for family members at both centres in Welwyn & Hatfield – All details of all services can be found on our web site www.resolve-online.org
