The Well At Work Service offers employees free access to occupational health professionals, who can help you to reduce and manage work-related ill health.
The service is completely free for small and medium sized businesses with between 5 and 250 employees. It is confidential, independent and available to both employers and employees in Westminster. Well at Work is provided by Westminster City Council in partnership with the NHS.
Well at Work can address work related illness with solutions such as physiotherapy and counselling, which lower numbers of absences and improve business efficiency. Occupational health issues covered by the service include stress, drug and alcohol misuse, neck and back pain, work injuries and other work related illnesses.
The service can also make recommendations for improving your workplace to manage health risks and actively promote employee wellbeing. Advisors offer advice and support to businesses and reports are strictly confidential
