Bilyana Nikolova, a Wimbledon resident, has won the 2018 Home Care Professional of the Year Award. The Award, sponsored by TidyChoice, celebrates the most skillful, professional and reliable housekeepers and childcarers in London.
Bilyana received the most nominations from customers and trumped several hundred nominated professionals across the whole of London.
Bilyana Nikolova, award winner, said:
“I was absolutely thrilled and surprised when they called me and said I was the winner. When I go to clean a house, I feel like it is my house that I am cleaning and so I take real pride in the work that I do. All customers are different, and every house is different, so a personal approach is important. I like that, because from every person you can learn something. I like to spend all of life learning.”
Ana Andres del Valle, co-founder of TidyChoice, said:
“Bilyana is an outstanding housekeeping professional and a worthy winner of the award. We are proud to sponsor this award which recognises excellence in home cleaning, housekeeping and childcare. We are delighted that so many customers nominated their home care professional, acknowledging the hard work that they do in their homes.”
