Grandmentors Merton is an innovative intergenerational mentoring project
Grandmentors Merton is an innovative intergenerational mentoring project harnessing the energy, skills and experience of older volunteers to support young people leaving the care system.
Volunteers (aged 50+) meet with a young person (16 - 24) a few times a month to encourage ambition, boost their confidence and work towards goals they have set together.
If you’re passionate about helping young people succeed, this could be a great opportunity to give back to your community.
No experience required. Training and expenses provided.
