This is such a re-affirming service! Having met Elisabeth a few times it was such a relief to hear someone give both knowledgeable and impartial advice for my specific family issue. This is honestly an alternative to dealing with solicitors, who certainly do have their place in the process, but who should only be instructed after you have spoken to a mediator first - I highly recommend it!

Marlin came to us highly recommended by friends. We engaged them to convert our garage into a habitable room and extend the box room into a fair sized bedroom on the 1st floor. We have been very impressed with their work. They started work when we agreed and then turned up everyday thereafter regardless of the weather.
They used materials of excellent quality that are sympathetic with the house. They sourced roof tiles to match the existing weathered tiles and the new brickwork and window follow the existing pattern perfectly.
Our neighbours have commented on how neatly they store materials on the site and how courteous they are.
We are very happy to recommend them.
